Donna Rodrigues, RYT 200, began her fitness career in 2002 in Brunswick, ME while her husband was stationed at NAS Brunswick.  She obtained a Group Exercise Certification with AFAA and began teaching a group exercise fitness class that helped the Sailors prepare and achieve success for their Physical Readiness Test.  It was very rewarding for her to see these Sailors meet their goals.  While there she was introduced to a YogaFit yoga class.  She instantly fell in love with the Hatha, Vinyasa style.  In 2004 she relocated to the Fayetteville, NC area where she continued her journey with YogaFit.  She has been enjoying the benefits of Yoga ever since.  She continued on with her fitness career in North Carolina for the next 9 years. While there she obtained her RYT 200, USUI/Tibetan Reiki RYOHO First and Second Degree, gained extensive knowledge of Chakra Balancing and Chakra Meditation with Essential Oils and continues working towards her RYT 500.  She is extremely grateful for the increased strength and endurance, flexibility and focus, mind-body-spirit connection, and the freedom that she finds on and off her mat with these valuable tools she’s obtained.  Donna is very excited to now be residing in the Melbourne, FL area and looks forward to sharing the passion she’s found with you, guiding you through a variety of yoga classes such as Vinyasa Flow, Gentle/Beginners Yoga, and Aromatherapy Yoga, just to name a few.

 Terri has enjoyed a 15 year career in the fitness industry. after a spinal cord injury in 2009, she decided to find a gentler approach to her fitness routine and began taking yoga classes. It was love at first asana! Terri's journey has lead to a path of yoga Therapy, working in assisted living facilities, the wounded warrior project, private clients, teaching trauma sensitive yoga, hosting and teaching workshops, and sharing her passion of yoga, health, well~being & self care. Join Laura on Monday nights for a Candle Glow Vinyasa Flow!  A slow paced flow of movement to increase flexibility and strength, focus inward and appreciate the body.

 Laura teaches Hatha Yoga for Beginners.  Engage in gentle stretching and breathing techniques to quiet the mind, body and spirit through asanas (poses) and pranayama (breath).
